After initial setup, (Windows) iTunes can be synced by just right clicking on the Music icon when the My Computer tab is checked. Then choose ‘sync’ to transfer files to the Z10. There also were some songs I was not interested in having on my playlist any more so I was glad to be able to get rid of them. ?

That’s all very well but it just does not work – utterly hopeless. Link is appalling software and needs to be scrapped. I am sick to death of trying to get itunes to sync having tried time and time again every way, dragging dropping etc etc…. waste of space.

Tried it many times, don’t work. I still have to email my photos to myself to get them onto the computer too…. Useless, completely useless desktop software. My IT man cannot solve it either.
What about synchronizing a BlackBerry 10 device with an iPad?

It’s only the music that transfers. Not the iTunes interface. BlackBerry device can’t be displayed in iTunes. It still a different user interface on the computer and the phone. Is that a correct assessment?
